The Precious People Saints
A Literature And Project Based Curriculum
For Elementary Students
THE WEEKLY GRID AND DAILY DETAILS:
This four-week unit is an excerpt from our The Precious People world history resource. Each week has a grid so that you can see at-a-glance what activities to do each day. You will cover Bible, reading, discussion, narration, science, history, map work, art, poetry, and practical life skills which will all flow from chapters that we read in our literature selections.
You will have the freedom to fold in your own phonics and math program, based on where your child’s skill level is. The overarching theme of this resource is developing peaceful family rhythms. There are a variety of books and projects that we will use to develop this theme, and we are excited about the journey we are embarking on to learn from heroic people of faith as we seek to build a strong family in the present.
Just as with The Playful Pioneers, we hope that parents and children will learn together. Older students can work off of the independent reading list, but we will all gather for reading and creating together, in order to create a family culture that is creative, and unified.
THE PRINTABLES:
The Precious People Saints also includes several printables to coincide with the unit, including copywork, coloring pages, recipes and more.
